We are looking for a facilitator that will link and coordinate the different sessions and facilitate the learning process (transforming knowledge into action) during the Learning Institute.
Each year, Bridging the Gaps will hosts a three-day “Bridging the Gaps Learning Institute”. The BtG Learning Institute will bring together country, regional and alliance partners of Bridging the Gaps, to learn, share and discuss on the year’s thematic area.
This year, the Learning Institute will be held in Nairobi Kenya. The 2017 Learning Institute will focus on the annual theme:
Nothing about us without us: Claiming health and human rights through community empowerment and meaningful involvement of key populations.

Experience and expectations
- Experience and/or affinity with SRHR, HIV and/or key population programmes is seen as an asset;
- Experience and/or affinity with community empowerment and/or meaningful involvement of key populations is seen as an asset;
- Manage cooperation processes using action learning methods, and will coach participants, moderate working groups and plenary discussions.
The facilitator needs to be available for a total of six days. We are looking for a facilitator preferably based in Kenya.
